It took Transport Connection just a few minutes from the time I called to find me a carrier. Then it took the carrier about four days to be able to pick up the car. After that, we didn't have to do a thing and the car arrived nine days later in perfect condition. The driver was supposed to arrive between 10 and 2, but he kindly called me at 11 to let me know it wouldn't be until 3 so I wouldn't have to wait around. He arrived at 3, as he said, and parked my car for me (I had my toddler to carry!). I'd definitely use this service again and would recommend it. I chose Transport Connection after having a bad experience with Magic Carpet. I had originally chosen Magic Carpet but they had a snafu on their end with the database and lost my reservation. No one called me, though, so I was sitting around waiting for them to find a carrier. It took me a few calls to get the woman to actually investigate the situation and realize that they weren't actually even looking for a carrier for me because their system said I hadn't paid my deposit (but it had shown up on our credit card!). The charge was removed and I switched to Transport Connection.
