This was the first time I needed to ship a car across country and after receiving numerous phone calls and email quotes, my decision to go with Transport Connection was pure and simple. Bill Avrich took the time to educate me on the "entire" care shipping process. His honesty, friendliness and knowledge truly put my fears to rest. Communication before the contract, during the process and with the carrier were all outstanding. Pick up and delivery updates were communicated as promised.
