My overall experience with Transport Connection was excellent. I had to ship my 328I BMW from Olympia Washington to Fayetteville North Carolina. After doing alot of research looking for an enclosed carrier to ship my car I found that Transport Connection had the lowest prices for thier carriers. Durring my research I found that alot of companies will flash a quote on thier websites but after you read through thier contracts you find thier are hidden charges, (this was not the case with Transport Connection.) So I hired TC and within days Bill had a carrier ready for me. A few days before my BMW was to be picked up I had to make a change; Im in the military and I couldnt get out of my post on time and had to wrap some things up. The driver of the carrier was mad that I was canceling on him, but I spoke with Bill and he didnt get upset at all. He was very proffesional and understanding of my situation and simply told me he would do what he could for me on the such short notice. Bill found another carrier for me just in time. The carrier was on time both ways and delivered my BMW in perfect condition. I was very pleased with my experience with Transport Connection and would recommend thier services to anyone.
