This was a first for having a vehicle shipped and I Bill found be to be very upfront, honest, and sincere. He walked me through all the ends and outs of getting the vehicle shipped. Most importantly, he fore warned me of what might happen in trying to get my vehicle shipped from an isolated area. To make a long story shorter, Bill worked his butt off to get my vehicle shipped at the going rate, but we had to bump the price up and offer to ship the car almost a week earlier. It cost me an additional $150.00 to get it moved by a highly rated carrier, but that is just how the industry works and I don't blame Bill for that. In the end, I have my car and it was worth the stress in not having to drive it across country in the winter. I highly recommend Bill and thank him for getting our beloved Z4 shipped!
