I heard of Bill's company, Transport Connection, through a friend who had used his company in 2018. I had never shipped my car before and I was, quite naturally, nervous and unsure about the process. However, Bill took his time to explain the process (in a way that I understood it), which eased my concerns/anxieties. In addition, he was upfront, honest, and realistic about the process and prices, and was always available when I needed to call back to ask additional questions before moving forward. He is a true expert in this business and it shows. He also wasn't pushy at all and allowed me some time to think everything over. When I decided to move forward with the process, he acted quickly and posted my vehicle on the board so that I could find a carrier within my time frame. He managed to find me a carrier that was scheduled to pick up my car. That carrier, however, ended up being unresponsive to my calls and texts on the day that the car was supposed to get picked up. Because Bill had explained the process to me upfront, I had already known this was not his fault. I called him to express my concerns and he immediately called the company and driver multiple times and advocated on my behalf. Bill could've very well ignored my call (seeing as though I had already paid the broker's fee), but he didn't. Ultimately, I made a decision to switch carriers and Bill complied with my request as a customer and supported me through that process. Luckily, he was able to get me a new carrier on the same day. I would urge anyone to strongly consider using Bill's company, Transport Connection, especially if you want to work with a reliable, honest, and trustworthy person who fights for his customers to make sure they get a seamless experience.
