In the age of Covid, the last thing that I wanted was a cross country road trip to pick up my graduate student and her car. I looked into automotive transport. Within minutes of requesting a quote from, Illinois to California, (on a search engine) I was barraged by people claiming to be carriers and offering guaranteed quotes. I quickly learned that automotive transport is a cut throat sewer of an industry. I was very nervous, until I spoke with Bill, the owner of Transport Connection. Bill was honest. Bill explained the innerworkings of the business. Bill did not promise me anything other than the best price and on time delivery. Bill recognized that I live in a very rural county where delivery is expensive. Bill found three alternative delivery routes that could save me hundreds of dollars. Bill was in constant contact throughout the entire process. Bill delivered on time and under budget. Bill knows all of the carriers and will only book the reliable carriers. Fair warning, Bill is uncompromisingly forthright. In a sewer of brokers, Bill is an honest man that values a satisfied client above all. Bill and Transport Connection truly are the best in the automotive transport business.
