I am happy to have found Bill. He helped me understand the distinction between a quoted fee from a broker and the actual final fee from the truck driver. He helped me select a price that was fair and timely. He also was able to switch to a fully enclosed transport when one became available at no additional charge.
I will only make one call the next time I need to transport a vehicle.
