This is the 3rd time that i've shipped a vehicle, and the 1st time i've used Bill to get my 2011 lowered Corvette shipped from Missouri to Connecticut. I called around a few places and got time frames of when the car would be picked up (3-4 days from initial order), and when it would be delivered (5-7 days).

I called Bill and he ensured me not to worry and that he would take get it taken care of. He called me back literally 15 minutes later and informed me that my car was going to be picked up the next day and delivered 4 days later. The auto transport industry can really be a hit or miss, and Bill hit the nail on the head as far as customer service, honesty, and clearly cares about making a good name for himself and goes the extra mile to make a customer happy. Going forward I will absolutely ALWAYS use Bill to transport my vehicles. I highly recommend him to anyone that wants to make sure their car gets transported safely and in a very reasonable time span. Bill was completely honest about everything and he deserves more than 5 stars.
