I purchased a UTV off of a listing on Ebay. The vehicle was located in Eastern Kentucky and I needed it transported to North Idaho. I found Transport Connection and looked over the reviews, both good and poor. I then sent out emails to four other firms who had five star ratings.
Bill from Transport Connection called me and we talked about how the process works. Bill has a great deal of insight and can explain clearly and professionally the process .
He gave me a price range. He also told me some of the pitfalls that could occur. I told Bill I would make a decision in the next 48 hours. No high pressure just good advice. I then spoke with three other firms. Most were vague and not forthcoming with details on the move.
Before the 48 hours was up, I called Bill back and confirmed the deal. Less than 20 hours later, the vehicle was picked up and on it's way. The price was the bottom of the range that Bill had quoted, saving me money.
I called the trucker and verified a drop off time. The vehicle arrived a few hours late due to weather and traffic. The vehicle was somewhat dirty but after 7 days on the road, not bad. No damage at all. The driver and his helper were pleasant, helpful and very professional.
I have never moved a vehicle before and I was very happy with Bill and the carrier.

If I need to move another vehicle, Bill will be my first and only call.
