This was the second time we used Bill Avrich at Transport Connection. We actually ended up using the same car carrier as well. Bill was very easy to deal with, fair in his pricing and candid in his approach. In both instances, there was a minor hiccup. Bill interceded with the carrier immediately and resolved the issues on our behalf. He was always professional and responsive and we never worried. His broker fee was worth every cent and we always felt well represented by Bill. I would recommend Transport Connection without hesitation.
