Bill the owner, sent out a newsletter that explained the transport procedure honestly .
I appreciated the amount of time he spent talking with me. He is very efficient . He answered his phone each time I called.
My daughter has a non operating older car, which I was told is hard to transport . Bill saw it as a challenge rather than a problem.
