I called with an urgent request, which in my mind was actually a bit far-fetched, that I needed my car transported in 2 days (pick-up), and I needed it at the destination by the next day. Bill explained the situation to me, and said he would do his best. He called me back an hour later with, not only a quote, but saved me $50. Great company!
