Bill did an absolutely outstanding job moving my newly-purchased Saab from Oregon to Missouri. He called within a few minutes of my information request and spent time explaining in detail the confusing mechanics of the auto transport business. Bill aggressively solicited transporter bids at the low starting price we agreed on, and rejected one transport company which otherwise fit my parameters because he felt they were unlikely to play fair with me. He stayed in close phone contact throughout the process and even conferenced me in with the transporter we ultimately selected to "close the deal." My new car was in my driveway less than a week after my first phone call with him. I'm aware that there are some polarizing reviews of Bill's company out on the Internet (I think maybe some people are put off by his aggressive, no-nonsense style), but I'm pretty sure no one who actually _uses_ his service will be disappointed. I was very glad to have him working forcefully on my behalf. I wouldn't hesitate for a second in recommending him and will certainly use him again when I next need to move a vehicle.
