Bill was awesome! Not only did he know everything about the industry but he knows a lot about people and their needs. He asked me a few simple questions and within a couple of days completed everything he said he was going to do for an extremely fair price. He got the carrier that met my timeline needs and for a great price! The carrier did a great job too! Great communication all around and overall customer service was fantastic. I just told Bill what I wanted and he took care of everything and kept me informed along the way. I highly recommend his services to anyone who needs a vehicle transported, he knows what he is doing and he has earned my absolute trust! Just sit back and let him do his job and you won't have to worry! Read the other reviews and you will see I'm the only one who thinks this. And if you are planning on going with some other company...dont! Read their reviews, they don't lie! I was in contact with about 5 other companies and they were just awful, Different quotes that weren't even in the same range and prices were "variable" with each one. Bill got me a solid price. Nothing changed. No surprises. No hassle. Just go with Transport Connect, Bill will make damn sure your vehicle gets where it needs to go at the right price.
