Bill Avrich was very upfront and to the point. He even went out of his way to have one of the many scam callers remove my name off off his posting. The other guy had posted me as if I had contracted him and given him permission which I HAD NOT!!
If i ever need a hauler again, I will call him directly. Trust is huge with me, and I trust Bill.
