Mr. Bill Avrich (Bill Avrich - President
Transport Connection) communication was fantastic. He did explain the process as well introduced me ( 1st time we shipped a car cross country) to the industry. Bill was very helpful taking the time to allow me absorbed the steps and kept in contact with me from start to end.

The actual car pick up was right on schedule from Green Valley, Arizona and delivery was within 2 days of date which was within the anticipated window. On the pick-up I watched the trucker load the vehicle and right away I knew he was a Pro (very meticulous on all details). The car was shipped to Bangor, Maine. There were no surprises with the pick-up or delivery. I was actually surprised it made the delivery window schedule due to inclement weather across the Southwest along some into the Eastern seaboard. The driver gave ample time to prepare for my car pick-up contact to receive the vehicle. Bill came thru with flying colors. It was the 1st time I met Bill thru his business on this transaction and would recommend him. As a Pro, he made the right decision in coordination with the shipping company. The price was competitive based on increase seasonal demand on shipping vehicles. Also I feel I got excellent service for the price I paid.
Indeed I would use Bill again without thinking twice.
