The great reviews for Bill on this site are true, and he earned them. I have watched friends and family deal with other transport companies in the past, and by far the service and attention you get from Bill is unsurpassed. In a world where lots of brokers only see you as a dollar sign, Bill treats you like a real human being, understands that you care about your car, and personally handles your case from beginning to end. He knows the business inside and out and it shows; he got us a carrier the same day we placed the order, even though initially it looked like no closed carriers were traveling our route. He negotiated a fair price for a high-quality carrier for me, sent me background and contact information for that carrier company, and was transparent about every step he was taking all the way through. He conferenced me in on a call with the carrier company to arrange logistics and stood by to make sure the carrier understood my needs- I've seen other brokers leave their clients to deal with carriers by themselves like lambs thrown to wolves because they've already earned their cut when you deposit. Bill will absolutely get the job done and done well. Fast, efficient service takes all the pressure and stress off of what could easily be a nightmare, so you can stop worrying about shipping your car and get on with your life.
