Our experience with Bill and transport connection was very easy. They are a "middle man" who helps with getting a reliable and reputable transport company for your vehicle. This is the second time we have used him. both times our car was transported from coast to coast without a hitch. This last time the company that Bill contracted for us was Cypress. They were very professional. The driver took pictures of our car and examined it before he put it on his transport. He gave his the copy of his report- similar to when you rent car. When we reiceved the car. There was no damage to it. They delivered within the time frame that the contract had stated. And they called 24 hours before hand to give us a window for when we could expect them.
