I have shipped several cars and motorcycles over the past 5 years. Bill at Transport Connection is definitely the most honest and knowledgeable shipper that I have had to date. Unfortunately most brokers/shippers will tell you want you want to hear to get your business, then everything changes. Bill is the owner/ operator of his business which is who you will deal with directly. He made himself available at all hours of day and night as well as weekends. In my personal past experience, once a broker found a shipper and received their pay, I never heard from them again. Bill took the time to line up the shipper, vetted that shipper to make sure he was professional, checked in on the pick up, the transport and the delivery to ensure everything went smooth. I will never bother with any other broker again.
