Bill was clear up front about how the process worked, what it would likely cost (not the cheapest quote but an honest one), and followed through just as committed. What more could you want. The transporter was actually a day ahead of schedule for pickup which worked out great for me and were unbelievably fast getting the car to the east cost. I would not have believed it possible if I hadn't got the car in 3 days. The car was received exactly as picked-up. I plan to use Bill again to move my second vehicle.
