I did a lot of shopping around with the different brokers before settling with Transport Connection. All of them pretty much told me the same thing and described what the brokers role was in the auto transport business. What set Bill at Transport Connection apart from the others was that he didn't sugar cote anything; he was upfront, honest and transparent with everything from start to finish. Bill didn't make any outrageous claims that he could get me the lowest price because he knows that putting in the lowest bid would mean my car would sit on the board and not get picked up. Bill understood that I needed my car delivered ASAP and was able to post my order for a reasonable and fair value. Bill made a promise that he would negotiate the price down and he was able to do that. Bill is a true artist in his field. Most of all I appreciated that he always responded to my e-mails promptly and always took my calls if he was available. Even when he wasn't immediately available he called me back when he said he would. The bottom line is, I could have gone with any one of the thousands of brokers out there but I went with Bill at Transport Connections because I did my research and I was very pleased with the reviews for this company. I'm very happy that I made the decision to go with Bill and he definitely delivered on his promise and made every effort to keep me completely satisfied as a customer.
