Bill was very upfront about his role as a broker in the shipping process. He was more interested in results than I would expect from an employee order-taker who just posts a bid on the board. With multiple truckers available at different times and prices, he presented us with multiple alternatives to choose from. He most certainly stayed on top of the whole shipment process.
