This was my first experience with shipping a vehicle across country. I actually had two vehicles to ship from the same location in the Reno/Tahoe area of Nevada to my home in NE Tennessee. This was not a very busy route so it took a while for Transport Connection to find a carrier and arrange the details. I dealt directly with the President of the company who really took the time to educate me about this business. I did a lot of research on line before settling on Transport Connection. Bill Avrich called me on a Saturday afternoon to finalize the details with the carrier in a 3-way conference call so there were no misunderstandings. The driver was very efficient in the actual transport of the vehicles but the real value came from Transport Connection who took care of all of the details to ensure the shipping company fulfilled the terms of the contract. I would not hesitate to use Transport Connection again.
