Bill the broker was very helpful and kept me informed daily on progress of bid.
Alex the driver answered his phone promptly daily and gave estimate of arrival.
However be aware that he will not enter a community with mature trees / I had to drive to entrance and meet him. If I had known prior I could of arranged pickup better but it turned out okay
