Bill provided great customer service from the beginning in which he explained the process of how he conducts his business. The price to transfer my car was pretty pricey but it was completely understandable due to the fact that I had new 2014 BMW X1. However Bill provided any means necessary so the car would not come damaged and even provided advice on the placement of the vehicle. As a military member having to constantly travel from place to place it is hassle and Bill made it easier for me to conduct the transport and completely understand the process. I had a friend who is also in the military conduct the same transport for his vehicle from VA to CA, when we spoke he used another agency though his agency delivered and transferred his car on time. He kept asking me questions about the procedure, as a customer I believe providing a detailed step by step plan of the transportation of your vehicle is very important. I plan to use Transport Connections again for my next travel.
