Bill is very responsive and helpful. He found the best carrier for us. This is the first time we ship our car so Bill is extremely patient and explained to us how the system works. The carrier is very nice too, our car is shipped with top loaded and well protected.
The only tip I could think of is that you should contact Bill in advance so that he can have more time to work on your case and thus get a nice price and good carrier.
Overall, it is a very pleasant experience.
