After lots of research and phone calls and due to the exemplary reviews offered here we decided to contact Bill to ship our car. Not only was Bill very available, knowledgeable and helpful but he was also very diligent in keeping us informed about what was available and why.

There were some unforeseen complications after the first scheduled pickup (the carrier had a hospital emergency) and Bill handled the new "urgency" very professionally and quickly. He made himself available to us before and after business hours as necessary to get our car to us on time. With almost no notice, Bill was amazingly able to organize a new pickup with a reputable carrier at the originally agreed price. After everything was said and done we received our car approximately the same time of the original estimate.

We're very glad that we chose Bill to ship our car and would definitely contact him first if we ever require a similar service in the future. Thanks Bill!
