Bill is the best! This is the best transport company, period!

Bill is the absolute best at what he does. I have shipped many cars and now that I have found Bill he is the only one I will ever use again. Please do yourself a favor and don't use companies like Cascade. All the companies are just brokers, Bill is the same. They find you a company to ship your car by posting what you will pay. That's it. It's a very simple process. So what you are paying them for is their side of the customer service. Last time I used Cascade I had to work with 7 different people. Each time I talked to someone they had no idea of my transaction. This time I used Bill. He told me how much to expect to pay. I asked him to see if he could bring it down $100. He called me while he was out to dinner the same evening. He found a driver only hours after first contact. He then got me on a three way call with the shipper to try a negotiate a better deal. I could not have asked anything more. My car was picked up the next day and very quickly made it's way across and up the entire country.

It boils down to this. You call Bill, he answers his phone. Just him, no one else. He negotiates the best deal he can for you. He's a rough guy and maybe not everyone can handle his straight forward approach. I appreciate his expertise and will never call another shipping company again. I recommend him above and beyond any other company on this site.
