My wife spent many days dialoguing with numerous companies. Lots of promises and all were empty. None of the companies she talked to was able to get a driver to commit to picking up the car on a specific date. I took over the process and experienced the same thing. Not a very forthright industry. Until I started dealing with Bill Avrich from Transport Connection, I didn't know how the process worked. Bill explained the process and was honest and transparent all the way through. Most impressively, he told me he would get the job done, and told me he would have a car between 1-5 days. I didn't know how he would get this done when no other company could. He told me to trust him. He definitely had a way about him. Im from NY and have seen it all. Well, he had a car arrive to pick up our car 2 days later. Very professional person came to inspect our car, took copious notes of existing damages which I had to sign, and provided us with a bill of lading. The car arrived on time in perfect shape. What can I say other than Bill was a rock star
