Bill called me back within 30 minutes of my phone message on Friday afternoon. He explained the process of getting my new truck from point A to B. He is very knowledgable and answers any questions thoroughly. We both realized it might not be easy to secure someone for transport right away, because of my very rural location and not being located near ANY major cities. Bill called me on Saturday evening to inform me that he had found a transporter, whom we both spoke to over 3-way calling. Bill and I both asked him questions and I felt comfortable retaining him for transport. My truck was picked up as scheduled and safely sitting in my driveway the next morning. The driver went through a horrible snowstorm, but still managed to deliver my truck as scheduled, without any damage and surprisingly clean. I am extremely impressed with this entire transaction. I would highly recommend Transport Connection. Thanks Bill! :)
