This was first time I used the carrier to transport my car. Before the moving my car I was very confuse because I did not have any idea how to the find the company to move the car and how it is work. Then I requested the quote at transportreviewer.com. Then I have received several quotations and contacted by different companies. After taking with a couple of people from different companies, I found that Bill (president of Transport Connection) is a very knowledgeable and he explained the process very well. Bill explained to me how he will find the carrier and how he will make contact with the carrier. After taking with Bill, I understood the process and found myself confident and signed a contact with Transport Connection. When I have signed the contact, I have paid $150 and the rest of the $400 after delivery.
The number of days before or after first available date the vehicle was picked up is 10. It take more days than expected, however, it takes only two days from the pickup to delivery. After the pickup my car, whenever I contacted with the carrier (ABC Auto Sports Inc) they provided the update about the delivery. I am very satisfied with the service with ABC Auto Sports Inc.
In summary, I just want to say that If I have to move my car in future I will contact with Bill again.
