Was very hesitant to use any transport company because of the constant negative replies I received from almost every company WARNING about giving anyone a deposit for fear of them not picking the car up and keeping the deposit. This was my first experience shipping a car so I did not know what to expect. Bill at Transport Connection helped me to understand the industry and how a few dishonest people can give the industry a bad name. His service and follow up to ensure all went smoothly was outstanding and the price was fair. I gave Bill a deposit up front to begin the search of securing a carrier and he said if he couldn't get me the cost I wanted he would refund my deposit.

Bill found me a great carrier from Pennsylvania who was terrific.
