After 3 weeks of not hearing from the company I booked with I requested to cancel and had to start over with a new company. It happend that I wrote down 6 compamies to get estimates and the 1st one I called was Bill at Transport Connection. He took time to explain the reason why I went through the frustation with the original company, explained the how the transport industry worked and clearly set my expectations. I decided to book with Bill and he got to work- he ultimately had a driver for me that very hour and set it up. The driver actually was nearby the pickup city so the car was also picked up that evening and deliver to my location as promiced. For all my transport needs I'll continue to go with a trusted source- Bill at Transport Connection.
