Contacted Mr. Avrich after hours seeking a quote to move my car. He called me back within 30 minutes of receiving my e-mail (AFTER HOURS) and got right to work. His knowledge level was second to none, and he did not hesitate to share it with me. The process of transporting a car goes so much smoother when you have an idea of what is involved! Bill went above and beyond, ensuring that my car was transported for the lowest possible cost with a reliable carrier. The vehicle was picked up on time, despite some mis communication that Bill took the time to sort out personally (ON A WEEKEND). The vehicle was delivered to me today earlier than I expected (transport took exactly 6 days), and soon after I received a follow up call from Mr. Avrich inquiring how everything turned out. I can not recommend him highly enough and will not hesitate to use him again in the future. I would go so far as to say that there is no need to call another broker, certainly not in terms of customer service, ease of communication, and price.
