Great experience! My car was taken care of as if it was one of their own. All arrangements were made AND confirmed on the same day. Bill spent lots of time on phone with me helping me understand the whole process of selecting service provider. I'm glad he did! I was given a window of time for the pick up of my car and they actually were ready to get it earlier. I avoided having to rent a car when I got to my destination as it was there waiting on me when I arrived. The other company that I used previously (local to Cleveland area) took a week to get my car there PLUS my car was filthy on the inside from their careless drivers. This was NOT the case with Transport Connection. The guy that handled the transport this time took excellent care of my car - no dirt on inside of my car and no damage to outside. It was delivered promptly by them WITH A SMILE. They say what they mean and they mean what they say! I am a VERY happy customer! Thanks so much!!!
