I'm suffering a domestic accident around six months ago. Unfortunately I bought through Ebay a
Van with wheelchair equipment and in March 30,2012 my husband drove to Indiana and he found the vehicle in poor condition and the owner accept to reimburse the money to us, two days later he want me to pick up the Van or he was charge me for storage a fee daily and after 30 days declare the Van in abandonment. I appeals to the Insurer of Ebay to recover the money I paid and because I paid the total amount of the vehicle they assumes I was agrees with the Van condition.
I'm making this situation reference to let you know how I felt about this Company and his President Mr.William Avrich. I ask for quotes through the on-line and receives around 15 or more quote.
Some ask me for money in front others only to call back if I'm interested. Prices was from $571 to
$1400. The only person who call me in person was Mr.Avrich and was the only person who explain to me the possible hidden fees when a Company offer an estimate. I'm really never believe that this could occur. He takes time to talk with me about my needs and also I feel like a friend than another customer for his Office. Was more an orientation than a commercial transaction.
I understand I'm talking with an honest person I decides to gave him the job. But the more I'm
gave him the excellent reference is because the seller of the Van refuses to send the Van with
the driver and he call him, call a lawyer in Indiana and the person in charge of vehicle transactions
and take personal my problem, defending me against this unfair person and make him to release the Van to the driver and don't charge me a penny after all these transactions. I only could Bless him, recommended his person and the Company, the driver and if someone need a good job with an excellent human being Transport Connection is the Company for you and for me.
