Bill is a no nonsense kind of guy. He did not promise me the cheapest transportation of my Toyota Corolla but did guarantee he would research and find one of the best vehicle transporters. He had the company identified with 2 weeks and met my deadline for car pick-up one day earlier than anticipated. The company kept me informed of when they expected to arrive. The car was to have been delivered within 7-10 business days and arrived within 7 days! I had shared with Bill that my daughter was moving to California from Alaska. She is 7 months pregnant and I wanted to insure that the car was taken good care of as it is to be her main mode of transportation in a new city where she has no familiarity. I gave him the date that she was to arrive in California. I really did not anticipate it would arrive two days in advance of her arrival but it did! That was wonderful news. It was a bit dirty from the road trip but certainly expected. Everything was professionally handled and my daughter's sister-in-law in California was given notice well in advance of the drop off to be able to meet the transport company. Great job and a tremendous burden off of my shoulders to have been able to turn the searching over to Bill to locate a trucking company that was dependable, well established, and honest. I had paid in advance which is always a risk but Mr. Rooster's Transport did a great job. Thanks Bill for your professionalism and integrity.
