I sadly learned that the car shipping industry is mean and seems like working with the black market. When the first company I tried couldn't get the job done, I went with Bill who was fast, efficient, and very good about communicating with me. We had some interesting problems, but they were mostly due the time of year we were moving. In either case, if I had just gone with Bill in the first place, this would have been faster, easier, and done right the first time.

Despite the issues involved, Bill was able to get the job done efficiently for the lowest possible price at the time. We almost never had to deal with the truck driver himself and we didn't have much trouble with him, but I believe that if we had, Bill would have taken care of it immediately.
