Great experience. From the get go, the constant communication with Bill, the driver (he picked up the vehicle on New Year's Eve and was thoughtful enough to ask if it was convenient or if he should wait until the next day to pick it up), and the delivery. Just a very very professional operation on both the broker side and the transport side. Bill did a great job of describing how it all works - LISTEN to him. It works like any other bidding system, and Bill is your agent. Work with him, and you will not go wrong.
