My experience with Bill and Transport Connection was consistent with other glowing reviews I read on this site. Bill was very quick to respond, provided a low quote, and quickly located a carrier/shipper. It couldn't have been easier. That said, pickup and delivery times are always impossible to pin down with precision and the actual pickup was later in the day than first indicated. Delivery time was also a bit of a moving target (my subsequent communication was with the carrier, R&R Auto Express), but ultimately my car arrived in DC earlier than originally promised in my quote from Bill. From actual pick up to dropoff, it was 24 hours from Daytona to DC. Not bad at all, especially in light of the rainy weather. The car was dirty when it arrived but that is to be expected with an open carrier truck. And no damage. This is about as easy as it gets.
