First of all let me emphasize that I am not a fake review, I have not been compensated in any way by Bill or Transport Connection. They say that things happen for a reason. I am sitting here scratching my head with irony because if i did not have such a horrific experience with another shipper, then I would not have found Bill at Transport Connect. So for that I am extremely thankfu!! Thank you very much for everything Bill. I really appreciate it!

I just purchased a z06 and was in need of transport from Missouri to Florida. I called Bil after having arranged a shipper from another company who was completely false in their timetables. Who shopped my quote out to another carrier only to have the times delayed by nearly a week. It turns out they were just "smiling and dialing". The original shipper will also get a review from me (not a good one I can assure you).

Through painful experience and a ton of stress that the other company put me through, Bill explained the "Shipping Industry" in vivid detail to me. For those of you who are first time shippers, it is a real reality check. However the industry itself is full of "boiler plate" operations where they hook and ship. The people that you contact are not the carriers. Let me repeat.....They are not the carriers. They are middle men that merely negotiate and try to arrange a shipper that is in the area and willing to pick up your vehicle.

Bill is a broker but there is one huge difference here....He is also the owner. He is not in a cubicle taking a hundred calls a day. I am also a business owner and I can not tell you how important that is. With that being said, since he is the owner, you know that you are talking to the right person. He takes the time, he has the knowledge and he will see your ship through to your doorstep.

Bill arranged for a shipper to pick up my vehicle. This was Mutt Auto Transporting (Randy is the owner and also the driver and turned out to be a fantastic experience as well).

Bill phoned me back and had Randy on the line as part of a conferrence call. Bill's years of experience with handling many different types of cars really came out because he was asking Randy about the different things that someone who is not in the industry would simply look over. Bill took the time to see if Randy had any questions for me and also to make sure that the car was being transported with soft-straps as opposed to chains. From the beginning of the ship to the end, Bill's attention to detail was second to none. Please research Transport Connection's reviews. They speak for themselves. You will see that when it comes time to ship your vehicle, Bill is the person to talk to. I hope you find this review helpful.
