Bill found us a company who delivered our cars promptly and within the budget he quoted me. He helped to reassure us that the cars would be picked up and delivered on time. When the truck was late, he got on the phone with the owner of the company and helped make sure that we were set. He also called to follow up and make sure the drop-off went well.
