Bill was a straight shooter, and a talker... He did what he said he would do and that was to get an honest driver who would keep me in touch at all times. I could also call as I felt, if need be. My car looked fine and drove fine once I got in it and still does. I would highly recommend the company to anyone. With so many companies to choose from I was lucky that I picked the right one and would do so again. Good Luck!
