I was in a panic situation because another broker found a carrier that reneged. Bill came to my recue and immediately conferenced called a carrier that reassured me theat my car would picked up today. Bill answered his phone on Sunday when everyone else was closed..If I ever have to do this again I will call Transport Connection and save myself aggrevation!
