Every aspect of the shipment was top notch. Bill at Transport Connection was always prompt and helpful in arranging my transport even when my plans needed to be changed at the last minute The trucking company, Red Line Transport, was always helpful in letting me know the status of pick/up delivery. I was updated immediately by cell phone when the driver got stuck in traffic in San Francisco. The driver was friendly, courteous and trustworthy. Great experience.
