LIARS, "I'll call you back in 30 minutes with the drivers name", "I'll email you all the information shortly", " Let me check into this and get right back with you" ALL BULLSHIT! I have shipped many cars and this is the BIGGEST BUNCH OF LIARS I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED!!!!! Called to confirm for a week prior to pickup date, (every day) . Family already at destination WITHOUT their car.

Sorry to hear that, Please take in consideration that we had a carrier ready to deliver your vehicle and you cancel on us because the car was not ready for pickup. Then you called us back and requested an ASAP delivery. Your car was dispatch on time and it's on the way to be delivered.
