I made an arrangement with Town & Country to transport our car from CA to WI and the pickup date was set for June 3. The company was never able to pick up the car and we waited until July 3rd and ended up driving the vehicle ourselves. I had placed a $200 deposit in May and was told that I would be receiving a refund because they were unable to pick up the car and have yet to receive that refund. Now I spend each day calling Town & Country and getting the answering service only to be lied to again. They don't return phone calls and I have tried to email the sales person who I booked with and she won't return emails. She also lied to me when she told me that they own there own trucks and vans so there would not be a problem with the transport. I spoke with Michelle at extension 205. I recommend not booking with Town & Country Auto.
