Very annoying customer service ever

I scheduled a vehicle transport through Town and Country auto transport on 28May and first thing, they said was they will send me the contract through fax. I gave them my apartment office fax number. I asked them for approximate time they will send it and the person I talked to had no idea. I went to collect my fax after 3 hours and there it is .. with my credit card number, expiration date and all details displayed on the first page. Atleast they should have told me this contract is going to contain sensitive information like this.

After I signed the contract and sent it back to them.. no one called me to tell me when my car will be picked up. I called several times and every time they will say, some one is going to give you a call right back. And 2 days passed like this. By which time $200 is already deducted from my CC. I could get hold of some one on thr third day and they told me the pick up will be on Monday.

My friend is going to send the car from NY, so I told him same information. And then.. on Saturday the driver calls and asks him for pickup. He had to cancel his plans and wait at home for the driver.

The contract says we can track the car location online, and all their
website does is, tell you that their tracking specialists will give you a call and as usual that does not happen. When I called the company to check if the car is going to reach on the scheduled day or where it is goving to be delivered, the representative tells me she has no idea and before she gave me this piece of information, I was kept on hold for exactly 7 times 1 min each time. She said there is one particular person who handles my file and she is not in the office that day. I did not know whether to wait at home for the driver without knowing he is going to come, If he comes also I don't know how close to my home he is giong to reach, and the T&C company has no clue who is transporting my car or where it is. I was frustrated to maximum and repented the reason I hired this company.

When you are looking for a low quote for the car transport, make sure that the low quote does not mean low quality.
