My experience was exceptional with Total Car Shipping and to top it off, the actual transport company, AAT Transport Corp exceeded my expectations! All contacts were professional, timely, courteous, and caring.
AAT (Justin Hendrickson) is a small company that will NOT remain small for long because they went above and beyond to satisfy my needs. I tried to tip Justin because he went out of his way, but he refused the tip and simply said he was only doing his job! This is quite refresing in these times when many companies are impersonal, rely on voice messaging systems, and have a reputation for "customer no-service!"
Even when faced with a brief pick-up delay and billing error, Maria follow-up to make sure I was aware of every aspect of these issues!
GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!
