Two Months Late and Never Picked UP!!!

We have now waited for 56 Days and the car has still not been picked up! Khiry used several excuses. 1) He said the truck drivers were on strike. 2). He said he took money out of his own pocket and added it to our order. 3). He asked me for more money to bribe the drivers to pick it up!
I have left so many voice mail messages I have lost track and Khiry will not call back. One time I caught him and he said he would call back in 15 minutes and then never called back. I called and asked for a Manager and got Mary. She said she would suspend Khiry and handled the situation and follow through, also reassign it to her best girl. I was sent a email saying the order had been dispatched and then there was no follow through and the car was never picked up. I have sent multiple messages by email to the manager Mary and nothing was done. I have called the truck driver and he has not called back as well. Now our family has left Florida and gone to Ohio and we are stuck with a vehicle in Florida. This company should pay to compensate for the price of a rental car when they are 2 months late. They had over 6 different numbers of family members and cells and emails. There are NO EXCUSES! When I threatened to contact the Better Business Bureau they," Khiry" tried to cancel the order in their system to hide the facts.

Before I gave Total Car Shipping my order I asked about the time frame for cars and how accurate they were. I was told this was not going to be a problem and it should be picked up on the date requested of April 15, 2011. Well it is now JUNE 10th and our car is still in Florida and Total Car Shipping doesn't call this a problem?

Horrible customer service and LIES, LIES, LIES - - -DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!
It would have been cheaper to fly a driver to Florida and drive it home.
